Privacy policy
This website and the CedarGrant AI connector show public government data and instructions, and do not ask you for personal information. Effective October 22, 2026.
What we collect
We do not use accounts, sign-up forms, advertising, analytics or cookies. Our files are served from our own site. Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the connector, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver them and protect them from abuse.
AI connector
The connector at /mcp receives only the details an AI assistant sends with each request, such as a keyword, a funding category, an applicant type or a grant notice number or link. We use those details only to answer that request. The connector does not receive or store your conversations, uses no cookies, and requires no account or personal information. Your AI assistant is provided by another company, such as Anthropic, which handles your conversations under its own privacy policy.
The drafting kit and the Requirements Map
The connector sends your assistant written instructions and the public facts of a notice. Grant announcements, files you attach, your answers to the assistant's questions, your drafts and your organization's information stay between you and your AI assistant: CedarGrant never receives or stores them. The instructions ask your assistant not to request names, dates of birth or other details that identify the people your organization serves.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as needed for that.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. We do not keep logs of the pages you view or of connector requests. Cloudflare may keep standard request data for a limited time for security, under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. To use any of these rights, or to ask us to delete an email you sent, write to the address below; we will answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
The site and the connector are served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We hold very little personal information, and what we do hold (emails you send us) is kept in access-protected accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Visitors outside the United States
CedarGrant is operated in the United States, and our hosting provider may process request data in the United States and other countries where it operates.
Children
CedarGrant is an information service for organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we add accounts, sign-ups or payments, we will update this policy before they launch to explain what we collect, how we use and store it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to contact us. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
